Love horse racing or just keen for a bit of friendly betting fun? Clubs Napier Punters Club is a social and easy-going group for anyone who enjoys following the races — no experience needed!

Each year, we invite Clubs Napier financial members (18+) to join the club with a small weekly payment that goes toward a shared betting pool. With around 40 members, everyone gets at least one turn on the roster to place a Saturday bet for the group — how you bet is totally up to you! Some weeks we win big, some not at all, but it’s all about the thrill and the fun of being in it together.

Winnings are banked and saved throughout the year, then paid out as betting vouchers at our end-of-year celebration. It’s a great way to enjoy the races, meet fellow members, and have a few laughs along the way.

We kick off mid-January and wrap up in December. New and returning members are always welcome — so why not join the fun and try your luck?
